Crazy Winter

by Kadin

Icicles are drifting

from the buildings up above

and they are like snowmen

full of love

The wind is fifty degrees below

like a mixing bowl

spinning you upĀ

tossing you in circles

and then dropping you

way down to the ground

and as I fall down to the ground

the wind is whipping me

around and around

like a snowflake

I drop down to the gentle ground

and I am laughing

because everyone is wondering

what I am doing

I am a snowflake

drifting and swirling

all the way down to the ground
